You NEED The Proper Equipment!
One of the problems of following a cardio workout is not having the proper equipment. Take for example running. If you begin a running routine, some very useful accessories to have would be a sports watch, a VERY good pair of shoes, and clothes that make you feel good. Or, let’s say you begin a sports routine consisting of football, baseball, and hockey. Then, you would need a football, baseball, a baseball bat, gloves, hockey pucks, hockey sticks, ball pump, and protective gear. Having the adequate equipment for your cardio workout is essential to sticking to the workout.
